Poi Warm Up Routine
This poi warm up routine demonstrates a range of movements and stretches that you could try before spinning poi. Spinning poi can potentially put a strain on the the upper body. Therefore, we recomment that you warm up the wrists, hands, arms, shoulders and torso.
The exercises focus upon warming up the arms and torso. These movements have been taken from yoga, tai chi, belly dance and poi spinning moves.
